About Sean Nykolyshyn

Born in Winnipeg, to a family of four children whose parents instilled the importance of a deep connection to family, community and their Ukrainian roots, Sean moved to Greater Edmonton in 1992. A resident of heritage Westmount, Sean has lived and worked in North Central Edmonton for more than 15 years. Sean appreciates the appeal and value of Edmonton’s quaint, well-established neighbourhoods and brings this value-added knowledge to the table with all of his clients.
